TOU & KRA: «Crossing Spaces» – Floorwork Dance Workshop

Floorwork & Soft Acrobatics workshop with Leon Casper Stille
Let’s meet in the studio for 2hours of moving across the space, learning new sequences, laughing together and challenging our proprioception. The focus will be on floorwork, starting gently at first, getting the mechanics and then later we build it up towards sequences and a dynamic changing of levels. The guiding principle is «Form follows Function», hence the goal is to get everyone rolling, sliding and jumping smoothly and with joy.
There might be some moments taken for dedicated leg and jump efforts, we might also do some group work on spatial awareness. We will move with and without music, we share time, space and place.
